It's filling up a mind with all of the trivia associated with music and movies and books and bikes and loud things and quiet things and things we can't quite remember and things that we can...and things that we try to forget.
It's building new stuff. It's remembering old stuff.
It's mindfulness and mindlessness. Because sometimes we need a little of both.
It's fast and slow and somewhere in between.
It's running and swimming and cycling. It's doing it again and again and again.
